Initially, I was excited to gain access to the site and referred to it a number of times in the first 6 months, especially when I passed what I saw as a milestone, such as my Color Appointment. As time went on, I noticed that not much really changed.

Sure, there’s some mildly useful info such as dates and times of important meetings, or home demolition checklists, but all of that info is regularly emailed to you by your CSA anyway.

More recently, as I’ve entered the construction phase of the project, I expected to see regular updates to the various photo galleries featured on the site. As of the date of publication (a couple of weeks away from lock up stage) there is not a single photo of my site. Construction the most exciting phase of the project and it’s more than a little disappointing that Henley have not uploaded photos yet.

All in all, I find the site a bit of a snooze fest. I can see they’ve spent a lot of money getting the site looking good but the reality is that most of it serves little purpose. Far better to spend the money in a more important area of the business – like quality control for their construction sites.
