In order to provide a clearer picture of the work involved in completing a knockdown/rebuild I thought it would be useful to provide a timeline of events that took place aver the journey.

Cut/cap sewer tie in
Henley will ask that you complete this step prior to formal completion of demolitions works and will not proceed any further until it’s done. You can read about it here

Demolition completed
Woo Hoo! Demolition works have now been completed. This is a major milestone. The next major milestone is formal finance approval and signing my final contract with Henley.
